Event Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree that:

• This event is hosted by a private organisation. I will comply with all health and safety (including following any clothing and footwear requirements), photography, confidentiality, security, and site-specific requirements communicated by the host organisation and MAKE│NZ.
• Information shared during the event may be commercially sensitive or confidential. I agree to respect any confidentiality requirements and any restrictions identified by the host organisation.
• No photography, video recording, or audio recording during the event is allowed due to privacy concerns, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the host organisation and MAKE│NZ regarding these restrictions.
• I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event by the host organisation and/or MAKE│NZ for promotional, marketing, and communications purposes. By attending, I consent to my image being captured and used in print and digital publications, including websites, social media, newsletters, and other promotional material produced by the host organisation and/or MAKE│NZ. If I am identifiable in any published image or video, I may request that the image be removed where reasonably practicable or that my likeness be obscured (for example, by blurring my face), and MAKE│NZ and/or the host organisation will make reasonable efforts to accommodate my request.
• MAKE│NZ reserves the right to cancel or withdraw my event registration at its sole discretion. Where a paid ticket has been cancelled by MAKE│NZ, any applicable registration fee will be refunded.
• Failure to comply with these terms or any reasonable instructions provided by the host organisation or MAKE│NZ may result in my removal from the event without refund.
